Returns & Refunds

We always hope you will be happy with your order.  If there are iss ues/problems with your order, please inform us within 30 days of purchase via email and we will do our best to accommodate your request  

We are not responsible for goods lost in the post. If the order is lost this must be reported to us within 7 days after placing the order, We will replace the goods to an equal value after a full investigation with Royal Mail / Evri/ DPD has been carried out. Please note, the refund will match the price you originally paid and will not cover any postage fees incurred whilst returning the item. A copy of your order must be included with all returns

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. Please note, ALL refunds and replacements are at our discretion
